Jeffrey Miller, 50, a city-county councilman for District 16 is charged with three felony counts of child molesting. District 16 serves the near southeast, south and southwest sides of Indianapolis.
The Marion County Prosecutor's office filed the charges Friday afternoon.
The investigation began after a 10-year-old girl came forward claiming Miller had massaged her and made her uncomfortable on more than one occasion.
The probable cause affidavit for the case details multiple conversations investigators had with children who frequented Miller’s home.

UPDATE: Sorry to just be updating this now on August 16th, 2018. But we originally reported that Jeff Miller resigned last year. He actually didn’t resign until now.

Indianapolis boasts THE WORLD'S WORST CITY COUNTY COUNCIL. EVER. It does NOT matter if the Councilors are Democrat or Republican or, like the phony hypocrite Jeff Miller, an insider water carrier for both.

Jeff Miller never was a "conservative" R but a liberal, nonsensical goofball who always so perfectly and effectively could talk out of both sides of his mouth and his face. He was a guy who, while his wife was dying/had died, continued to campaign and beg for votes during his political Council campaign leading to his first elevation to public disservice. Fountain Square voters were certainly asleep at the wheel, but then again, it was Fountain Square, certainly not a bastion of intelligent, educated thinking.
This guy, like the rest of the D's and R's on corrupt ex soldier, ex mayor Greg Ballard's Council, aided and abetted the looting of Marion County taxpayers.
I am very sorry the young child had to be subjected to this pervy creeper but I will lose not a moment's of sleep that this guy is finally exposed for what and who he really is.
